About the Practice
Sea + Spruce Nutrition is an in-person and virtual Integrative and Functional Nutrition counseling practice based in Seattle, Washington. We work with people in several states around the US.
We believe that just as nature gracefully rebalances itself, our bodies are capable of doing the same with the right support.
Just like different ecosystems in nature – such as the ocean, desert, and forests – interconnect to form a functioning planet, different "ecosystems" within the human body (gut, liver, thyroid, reproductive organs, brain, etc) collaborate for our overall health.
We’ve seen time and again that a variety of health conditions can be improved with natural modalities such as personalized nutrition, nourishing movement, quality sleep, stress reduction, time in nature, and a commitment to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Integrative and functional nutrition strategies combined with specialty nutrition testing (such as digestive, nutrient, toxins, genetics, and more) allow us to custom-tailor your nutrition plan according to your health history and symptoms. This approach allows us to understand what your body needs at a deep level so we can help activate its innate ability to recalibrate and heal.

Our Vision:
Our vision is to inspire one million people to heal themselves with Integrative and Functional nutrition so they can have the freedom to create the lives they desire. As part of this vision, the Sea + Spruce Foundation is being built to increase access to Integrative and Functional Nutrition for those who may not have the means to invest in their care. Lastly, we strive to create a community that advocates for health-seeking real answers versus band-aid approaches.
